Preparing Cara for NDIS.
The introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) has transformed the community sector. It allows people more control over the services they receive and of the budget allocated to them.
For Cara, there was an immediate need to adopt a more commercial approach to marketing and development a consumer-facing brand that would resonate with stakeholders and potential clients.
Working closely with Cara management and marketing, we implemented organisational transformation by means of a refocused brand strategy and stakeholder engagement program.
In addition, brand reinvigoration included a new logo, brand position, corporate identity, website design and collateral.
The new brand launched at Cara’s 21st birthday celebration and was embraced and adopted by staff, clients and all stakeholders.
